Quality Floor Plans
Good quality floor plans are an excellent tool when selling a property, a detailed floor plan enables buyers see the layout of your property at a glance rather than having to imagine it prior to a viewing. This valuable tool can set your property details apart from the competition.
Plans are designed to scale and rooms are named the same as those described by your chosen Estate Agent.
Plans are available in varying formats for Sales particulars, web sites and HMO applications. Prices start from £25.00. For more information regarding our floor plan service please call 01974 202265 or email victoriarandall@live.co.uk.
For Landlords with shared houses and flats that are classed as HMOs, the landlord has to make sure that
- proper fire safety measures are in place – there should be smoke detectors in every bedroom and in communal areas, and the kitchen must have a heat detector.
- annual gas safety checks are carried out.
- electrics are checked every 5 years.
- the property is not overcrowded.
- there are adequate cooking and washing facilities.
- communal areas and shared facilities are clean and in good repair.
- there are enough rubbish bins for everyone living in the house.
These rules are there to reduce the risk of fire, and to make sure that people living in shared houses or flats have access to decent facilities.
